Self Leveling Concrete
Self Leveling concrete for new office space floors is a cost effective, low maintenance flooring solution. They look excellent as well.
We completed this project in Seekonk MA 30 minutes from Providence RI and 45 minutes from Boston MA. As you can see in the photos, the condition of the surface was in rough shape requiring restoration. It was pitted and uneven. Carpet and tile were options for the finished surface but both required restoring and leveling the concrete first.
We applied a self leveling cement first, approximately 1/2 inch thick with colorant mixed in. The most cost effective decorative solution was to cut a large tile pattern into the new surface followed by sealing with a clear epoxy and polyurethane finish coating.
This system provided a repair and decorative solution. The project took just a few days. We have applied this system hundreds of times for office buildings, retail stores, restaurants, hotels and residential homes.
